A beautiful day on the north shore of Maui, 150+ women and girls came together to celebrate ALOHA. Aloha for each other, the community, the sponsors and supporters, nature, and water sports.

The annual non-competitive paddle took place at Papa’ula Point to Ka’a beach, a total of a 3-mile paddle. Participants came from near and far filling the ocean with bright smiles as well as cute suits from our presenting sponsor Glide Soul. After the paddle everyone met in Paia at Nourish Health Bar for for music, food, goodie bags, and prizes. The whole town of Paia had a Butterfly Buzz with several shops offering discounts and store specials just for the event, as well as the full vendor village for people to enjoy.

We were happy to train and sponsor 15 girls from Paia Youth and Cultural Center to paddle and participate, and also promote and team up with Maui Huliau Foundation for a greener and more sustainable event than ever before!
