Taking our time over two weeks, we unturned every rock and peeped behind every cactus to see what treasure lay behind it. We wallowed in the crystal waters and basked in the sunshine of desolate beaches. Our trip to Cabo was the perfect example of a place that harnesses a unique synergy where modern day convenience sits alongside old world charm and history. A place where maybe, just maybe you really can have your cake and eat it.
