As it took off and soared into the lightening sky, it’s navigation lights the only things giving it away, the screens on the twin remotes revealed the scale of our new playground. Towering peaks and deep, shadowy canyons stretched as far as the camera could see. It was nothing like I had ever seen, it was stunning as much as it was a navigational nightmare. I heard a quick-fire clicking sound behind me. I turned to see Alex and Seb with Canon 5d Mark 3 cameras in hand, bags bulging with lenses and accessories, they were darting from place to place capturing the scene as the town began to stir. This was it, we were up and running and with the forecast changing throughout the week there was no time to lose.
