Boards The typical wave in Morocco will have some fast and mellow sections. I generally use an 8’10 or 8’5 pro wave Fanatic. The 8’10 allows me to ride out the mellow sections of make the most of a cut back. In summary, the extra volume would be advisable.
Wetsuits The 3/2 is your safest bet, but on a hot day with clean waves and little wind, it’s a treat to slip into a pair of boardshorts.
Getting there Fly to Agadir from the UK. The plane drops off in Casablanca first and the whole flight takes just over 5 hours. The car journey south from Agadir to Mirleft is about 90 minutes.
Beer There is one bar and some restaurants for those that prefer a hop-based form of post surfing rehydration.
