The Law
There was still Law and Order in Los Roques but it’s done island style. The children collected written permission from their parents to leave the island, along with all the different agencies, including; the military, coast guard, paramedic had to be given clearance. We were on a mission to get clearance.
We were walking through the narrow streets as the children started gathering making their way to the commander quarters. The dogs were a mirror to the society, they moved with a weightless ease and mighty confidence; a strong sense of purpose and belonging as they stroll around the streets. The locals say the biggest outburst that could possibly happen in this town would be a dog fight.
