In Bhorletar, far away from the rest of the world, you find the real Nepal. We set up our tents on the river bed, the eyes of the kids are on our every move. At night we walk through the village; there we get invited by one family after the other for tea, for food and for many stories. They are as interested in us as we are in them. The fear of another earthquake also brings the village closer. Everybody is sitting and sleeping together in makeshift tents close to their homes. We return to our own tent in the middle of nowhere and have a good sleep, finally without fear.
