We had to manage people taking turns as things got a little heated with the whole sharing thing, it was that much of a success. One day even our usually laid-back driver decided he had to give it a try. The self-titled ‘’chosen one’’ decided to paddle without warning or induction straight out into the main flow of the River Nile and was soon washed several kilometres down stream. Needless to say after this he felt humbled enough to stay in the calmer waters towards the side.
