2014 is the 50th anniversary of the most iconic surf films ever made, “The Endless Summer.”

Indo Board along with Robert August, one of the two surfers in the original film, have come up with a new deck design based on the original movie poster.  The artwork for that poster was ahead of its time and looks as fresh today as it did back in 1964.  No wonder it is considered the best graphic movie poster of all time.

There are not many surfers around who do not have memories of watching the movie for the first time and feeling the magic possibilities of having a summer that is endless.

Today, when you see the hot Day-Glo colours of pink, orange and yellow – it can mean just one thing, summer is just around the corner somewhere in the world and it can be endless.

The first shipment of “Endless Summer” Original Indo Boards will be coming in May and Indo Board expect to have them for the year, although it is a limited edition based on the 50 years anniversary of the poster.
