Announcing Psyched Paddleboardings’s partnership with Starboard UK.

Psyched Paddleboarding are delighted to announce their partnership with Starboard UK, the industry leaders in stand up paddleboarding (SUP).

Starboard UK have supplied Psyched Paddleboarding, North Wales SUP Specialists with a fleet of 2018 inflatable paddleboards.

Sian explained the reason behind it “I am passionate about inspiring people to SUP, I strive on high quality and importantly I care deeply about the environment and Starboard mirrors the same ethos. The brand are conscious about how they can decrease their negative impact on the environment by looking at new ways to manufacture the boards. For example, the paddles are made from recycled material, the bags are made from recycled fishing nets. Also with every board bought, Starboard plants a tree. It is great to see a brand being proactive and leading the way innovation.”

Psyched Paddleboarding is looking forward to a fantastic year ahead with her new fleet of Starboard.

Sian, originally from Wales, used to work in creative media in London and Manchester, but after enduring gruelling eighteen-hour days for fifteen years, she had enough:

“I longed to be back by the sea and the mountains and I retrained as an outdoor instructor. I would do six months in the winter back in advertising and then six months in the summer back in Wales. I’m now in Wales again full time.” 

Sian is an ambassador for Starboard UK, Peak Uk, Aquapac and Water Skills Academy.
