10X Positive climate positive brand Starboard are asking the paddle community to get together on world’s water day!

Here is what they are organizing:

“Dear Stand up paddle community. Let’s go paddle together at the TIKI SUP CHALLENGE 10X. The challenge is simple “Paddle 10 km in one session by October 10th, 2022”

By joining the challenge, you are restoring our planet because we will “Plant a mangrove and pick up 1.1 kg of plastics” for every participant!

Why 10 km by 10.10.2022? Starboard is a 10X Climate Positive brand. We achieve this by planting mangroves, that will absorb 10 times the amount of carbon dioxide we emit over 20 years. And this journey would never be possible without our Tiki Fans around the world. To celebrate this journey, we want to encourage everyone to go outdoor, be active on the water and protect our nature!

With the help of technology, this challenge can be done from any locations and we can have fun on the water together.

There are loads of prizes up for grabs such as We have up to 15 boards! A paddle board! A SUP paddle! A COROS GPS Watch! And many apparels!”
